Revenue of Colombo Port in the First Quarter Exceeds USD 50 Million

The Colombo Port has shown significant progress in operational performance this year, recording an impressive growth rate, according to K.D.S. Ruwanchandra, Secretary of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Aviation Services.

He highlighted that in the first quarter of this year, the Colombo Port achieved a revenue of USD 50 million.

K.D.S. Ruwanchandra mentioned this while participating in a media briefing at the Presidential Media Center.

Meanwhile, he also noted that aviation operations have reported a 25% progress this year compared to 2023.
